Junior Consultant

My name is Lieke Boers. After getting my master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, I started working as a trainee for cpmview in September 2022. During this time, I had the opportunity to already explore the world of Corporate Performance Management a bit. From January 2023, I started writing my master thesis at cpmview, for the master International Management at Tilburg University. My thesis was on the role of Corporate Governance in Integrated Reporting. This thesis has given me more insight into Sustainability and Integrated Reporting, the new legislation, and how Corporate Governance can help in this process.

After graduating I returned to cpmview as a Junior consultant, to further dive into Corporate Performance Management solutions. I like to work with different teams and projects. I am looking forward to further developing myself, expanding my knowledge, and helping businesses and their financial data processes.
