Privacy statement

This privacy statement is from CPMView Consulting B.V. (CPMview) and provides information about the processing of personal data of visitors to the CPMview website (the Website). CPMview is responsible for processing of this personal data. By using the website you indicate that you agree to the processing of personal data as described in this Privacy Statement. 

Collecting your Personal Information 

CPMview collects personal data, such as your e-mail address, name, home and work address or telephone number. CPMview also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. 

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by CPMview. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and website addresses. This information is used by CPMview to perform the service optimally, to maintain the quality of the service and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Website. 

Please note that if you reveal personally identifiable information or personal sensitive data through the CPMview public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: CPMview does not read any of your private online communications. CPMview recommends that you read the privacy statements of other websites that you choose to visit from the Website, so that you understand how those websites process your personal data. CPMview is not responsible for privacy statements, other content on websites and processing of personal data outside CPMview and other websites related to the Website. 

Use Personal Data 

CPMview collects and uses your personal data to manage the Website and to provide the services you request. CPMview also uses your personal information to keep you informed of other products or services available through CPMview and its affiliates. CPMview may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. You have the right to withdraw permission for certain processing operations. 

CPMview does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. CPMview may, from time to time, contact you in the name of external business partners in connection with a certain offer that may be of interest to you. In those cases too, your personal data (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) will not be passed on to third parties. In addition, CPMview may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you e-mail or mail, provide customer support, or arrange deliveries. It is forbidden for third parties to use your personal information, except to provide these services to CPMview, and they are obliged to maintain confidentiality of your information. 

CPMview does not process sensitive personal information, such as race, religion or political preferences. If we intend to process these data, we will request your explicit approval in advance. 

CPMview keeps track of which sites and pages our customers visit within the Website. CPMview uses data to improve its services and your experience on the Website, to contact you if you send questions or comments via the Website to us. In addition, CPMview can contact you if you have given us permission or if you (w) use or have made use of our services. Data can also be used to make advertisements visible if the surfing behavior within the CPMview website indicates that parties are interested in a specific service. 

CPMview will never reveal your personal data without notice, unless this is required by law or we reasonably determine that such an action is necessary to: (a) comply with an implementation decree or a legal process that is conducted on CPMview or the site ; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of CPMview; and (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of CPMview, or the public. 

Use of Cookies  

The Website uses “cookies” to help you tailor your online experience to you. A cookie is a small text file that is automatically stored on your hard disk by the web page server. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that you assigned the cookie.

Exercising legal rights  

If you wish to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Act, for example if you wish to view your personal data or wish to unsubscribe from communications, you can send an email to the email address below with the subject ‘Privacy’. We will then process your message as required under the GDPR. We also point out that if our settlement does not proceed as you wish, you can submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

This privacy statement was last modified on the date as stated below this Privacy Statement. 

CPMview will occasionally update the Privacy Statement to reflect company and customer feedback. CPMview recommends that you periodically consult this statement in order to be kept informed of how CPMview deals with personal data.
