Hi, my name is Dylan Swinkels, and I work at cpmview as a Performance Management Advisor, where I also support our marketing efforts one day a week.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a strong interest in the intersection of business, technology, and strategy, I enjoy creating meaningful connections with prospects and identifying opportunities where our Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions can add real value.

During my studies, I worked on several impactful consulting projects, including a data-driven staffing tool that combined customer and weather data. These experiences laid the foundation for my current role, where I combine analytical thinking, outreach, and storytelling to support business growth.

Outside of cpmview, I run a marketing agency focused on helping B2B founders attract and convert their ideal clients. It’s a venture I work on with great passion.
