This policy applies to the processing of data regarding Customers, Prospects, Suppliers and Former Staff by cpmview and where cpmview is to be qualified as the controller. The processing of personal data where cpmview acts as the processor is not provided in this policy, yet in a data processing agreement with the relevant controller.
