We’re looking for a Senior CPM Consultant to support our growth.

Position Summary

The Senior CPM Consultant assesses the business context and objectives of a customer in relation to CPM requirements in case of CPM project. This role will have a good understanding of CPM requirements, CPM processes, and capabilities of the latest CPM technologies. He or she will also provide peer review to other less experienced members of the delivery staff of a CPM project. He or she will work closely with colleagues, client and project manager to ensure that qualitative deliverables are delivered on time. The Senior CPM Consultant will regularly interact with peers and clients as a starting advisor and / or project manager, depending on the engagement.

 What You’ll Do

  • Prepares and leads blueprint workshops and supports the project team to ensure that workshops and documents are aligned with stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Prepares and reviews workshop- and blue print documents.
  • Manages priorities, tasks and hours on project streams in conjunction with the project manager.
  • Escalates project issues to project management in a timely manner.
  • Provides mentorship to less experienced project team members in areas of CPM project deliverables and CPM solution knowledge (technology and process).
  • Continuous professional development in maintaining CPM specific certifications. Maintains strong depth of knowledge in the practice area.
  • Collaborates with project managers, sales and marketing and other delivery team members to drive customer satisfaction and meet project deliverables.
  • Establishes account relationships at his or her level and identifies upsell and cross sell opportunities and escalates to project manager or account owner.
  • In time, the opportunity to become a lead or principal CPM consultant depending on personal development and professional achievements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Between 5 – 7 years of experience in a CPM consultancy role.
  • Experience interacting with colleagues and customers at project level.
  • Profound knowledge of leading CPM technologies (e.g. SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, OneStream, Fluence Technologies, Vena Solutions, Tagetik or similar CPM software).
  • Experience with leading workshops to establish mutual understanding of business context, objectives and requirements to ensure trust and continuity.
  • Willing to participate in pre-sales activities; preparing and demonstrating CPM solutions to proof the value of the business case of a prospect or client.
  • Experience interacting with project team members in a consultative manner.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain technical matters to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to be self-driven and have strong independent initiative.

At cpmview, equal opportunity is integral to the way we do business. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is EUR 55K to EUR 78K. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on years of experience, job-related education, geographic location, training, certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual bonus program.
