As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for achieving KPIs, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring excellent service and project quality.
What will you do?
As a Service Delivery Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the quality of our services. You coach, motivate, and inspire teams and contribute to a positive work environment. You ensure that our services and projects meet high-quality standards and that all processes run efficiently. You monitor KPIs and take proactive steps to maintain customer satisfaction.
You have a helicopter view, overseeing the needs of the customers and keeping an overall perspective on delivery activities, including capacity planning, identifying bottlenecks, and addressing challenges before they escalate.
As a Service Manager, you are part of the Management Team (MT) and provide strategic advice to ensure our service and project strategies align well with broader business goals and contribute to an even better cpmview!
