Asito, part of the ADG service group, is one of the largest cleaning companies in the Netherlands.
With 10,000 professionals employed, planning is crucial for Asito. For the planning of various branches and staff departments, Asito used an Excel-based tool developed in-house for many years. Various sources had to be brought together via Excel. In need of more information, Asito made the switch to SAP BPC (version 10.1).
More insight, clear reports
With the use of SAP BPC, Asito has more insight at deeper levels. In addition, the setup of SAP BPC is more in line with the current structure. All of Asito’s staff departments and various branches can now make their own planning. The branch planning is built up in detail from the objects to be cleaned per customer, taking into account contract dates, seasonal patterns and specific key figures. Combined, this leads to more insight at customer level, a consolidated regional planning and planning for Asito as a whole. The use of SAP BPC brings many advantages for Asito. They can now monitor planning and realization at customer level on all key figures. Because Asito also uses SAP’s BI platform, reports can be made directly in a format that is known to everyone. The recognizability ensures that the reports are easy to read and the structure is the same for all reports.

There was a need for more consolidated planning including liquidity forecasts and cash flow. Now that has been brought together in one system.
Short lines and enlightening workshops
For the implementation of SAP BPC, Asito had set a tight deadline. With the help of cpmview, the entire process was delivered within the planning. The workshops prior to the implementation were experienced as very useful and enlightening. The short lines that existed between Asito and cpmview were also a great advantage.
Simplifying processes In the future, Asito wants to further develop the existing reporting so that even more insight can be gained. The need is to merge several SAP BPC workbooks so that the workflow becomes much more flexible. They would also like to use SAP BPC for consolidation in the future.
